Steam’s going to ruin carpets. This doesn’t make steam. So, for people who call these steam cleaners, stop calling a carpet cleaner a steam cleaner. Some, but not this one, work forward and backward. Some, pioneered by Hoover, have Dual V tecnology. So, buy a Dual V, not this.
